The independent Eldorado 8 often has foreign or art house films, and ticket prices are much lower than the BC&C megaplex up the road.
Prices are about $10.50 for adults, $7.50 for students/concession. UQ students $6.50. Thursdays are particularly cheap: $6.50 adults, $5 for all others.
