Presence or location commands use the '@' (at) prefix. In the examples below, 'location' can be either the full, proper name of a location or an alias. If you often use a location, consider setting a short alias to make it quicker.
Sets your location
@[location]
Sets your location with a message
@[location]: [message] or @[location]= [message]
Sets your location without notifying anyone (add an underscore '_' to the end)
@[location]_
Sets your location with a message and does not notify anyone (add an underscore '_' to the end)
@[location]: [message]_ or @[location]= [message]_
Leaving off the location part unsets your location
@
Lists people at a particular location
@[location]?
