To save you having to check back on discussions of interest, you can subscribe.

Whenever further posts are made to the discussion you will be notified via e-mail or an instant message, depending on what your notification settings are.

Simply check the "subscribe" box under the discussion to subscribe, or uncheck to unsubscribe. Simple!

Tech Note: This setting uses modern web techniques to set your preference without requiring a new page. If this doesn't work for you, please use the simpler discussion user interface

You can also subscribe or unsubscribe using the console commands !follow #[thread] and !stop #[thread]. Read more.
