Each group has a unique name. Ideally, it is short and memorable as this is the name used to identify the group in the console and forms part of the group's web address. The title of a group is used for labeling the group on the web, and can be longer and more descriptive.
You may notice funny characters in the unique name, e.g., 'Rad+Group'. In this case it is because the creator of the group opted to include spaces in the group name, which is not really a good idea.
The unique group name is used as part of the URL (or address) of a group, and is how the group must be addressed using the console.
When trying to use the group with the console, you have to use the name as shown, for example >&Rad+Group: Hello dudes will work, whereas >&Rad Group: Hello dudes will not.
